Today, I (left) and Seung Jae (Euan) Lee (right) had the opportunity to deliver a brief introductory lecture about what we do in the senior school computer science society, and what benefits there are for learning computer science in either pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, or IBDP in the school. Many junior school students in years 5 and 6 (aged 10 to 12) came during break time to listen to our lecture, and I was fascinated by how many of them shown passion towards computer science. I noticed that they were especially fascinated with the idea of linking engineering and computer science/coding with arduino. It was a great experience to talk to young students about computer science, especially since some of them (the year 5s) were the same age as I was when I joined this school.
