Reflection

What worked well:

• I succeeded in building a functioning model of a cardboard hydraulic arm.

• I anticipated the strength of the cardboard sheets to be insufficient, however it turned out to be adequate to support the operation of the hydraulic arm.

Areas of improvement:

• 3D printing parts to make a plastic-based mechanical hydraulic arm (which would be much cooler than this, which is made out of cardboard sheets).

• Making sure that the actuating syringes do not occupy any volume of air before attaching the control syringes to the actuating syringes.
